Mercado Libre and Producteca: a narrow pair
Producteca usually manages your Mercado Libre listings already. Between the two, NexxoSync can only align stock and prices on linked products.
Neither platform accepts orders by API, and neither shares customers, so orders cannot travel between them. If you want Mercado Libre or Producteca orders in one system, connect each of them to a store or ERP such as Odoo.
- Stock
- Prices
Each flow with its own direction and rhythm.
You choose the direction of every row; this is a common starting point.
What teams do with this pair.
Align stock by warehouse
Copy stock from Producteca's warehouses to Mercado Libre listings, or the other way around.
Align prices
Send prices from one to the other, with markup and rounding.
Orders: use an ERP
For orders, connect Producteca or Mercado Libre to Odoo, Shopify, WooCommerce or Tiendanube instead.
Every flow, in both directions.
What one side can't do is a limit of that platform's API, not a setting.

Mercado Libre + Producteca
Why can't orders flow between them?
Mercado Libre only lets buyers create orders, and Producteca does not create orders by API. With no side able to receive them, the Orders flow is unavailable.
Can I publish Mercado Libre products in Producteca?
No. Producteca does not create products by API. Products are published from the channel and then linked by SKU.
What do you recommend instead?
If Producteca already handles Mercado Libre, connect Producteca to your ERP: orders from Producteca, stock and prices from the ERP.
