How you connect it

One-click authorization

One click: you sign in to Mercado Libre and authorize NexxoSync. Tokens are obtained and renewed automatically.

  1. In NexxoSync, go to Connections and choose Mercado Libre.
  2. Click “Connect with Mercado Libre” and sign in with your seller account.
  3. Approve access. You return to NexxoSync with the account connected.

Good to know

Honest limits of the platform's API.

  • Sellers cannot create orders on Mercado Libre, so no other platform's sales can be sent into it.
  • Mercado Libre does not share customer records, so the Customers flow is not available with it.
  • Each category has its own required attributes. Products missing them are flagged and not published until completed.
  • Mercado Libre has no custom fields, so a per-location stock breakdown cannot be written into a listing.

Which Mercado Libre countries are supported?

When publishing you choose the site: Argentina, Mexico, Brazil, Chile, Colombia or Uruguay. Stock, prices and orders work on the account you connect.

Can I link listings I already have?

Yes. NexxoSync proposes links by SKU. Exact matches are preselected; matches by name only are shown for you to confirm.

Does it support catalog listings?

Yes. Products that Mercado Libre requires to be published in its catalog are published there, using the catalog's technical sheet.

Can I send Shopify or WooCommerce orders to Mercado Libre?

No. Mercado Libre only lets buyers create orders. Orders flow out of Mercado Libre, never into it.
