Getting started
What is NexxoSync?
A service that connects your stores, marketplaces and ERP: Mercado Libre, Shopify, WooCommerce, Tiendanube, Odoo and Producteca. It moves products, stock, prices, orders and customers between them, and adds AI assistants on top.
How do I get started?
Create an account, connect two platforms, and create an integration between them. The wizard asks where your catalog lives and where sales are recorded, and proposes a table of flows you can adjust before turning it on.
Do I need technical knowledge?
No. Mercado Libre, Shopify, Tiendanube and WooCommerce connect with one-click authorization. Odoo and Producteca ask for credentials or API keys from your account.
Do I have to install anything?
No. NexxoSync runs in the cloud. For Odoo there is an optional module that adds real-time notifications and full pricelist rules; without it, Odoo works on a schedule.
What if I already have products on both platforms?
NexxoSync proposes links between them by SKU. Exact matches are preselected and matches by name are shown for you to confirm. Stock and prices then flow through those links.
Integrations
What is an integration?
Two connections joined by a table of flows: publish new products, product data, stock, prices, orders and customers. Each flow is turned on separately and has its own direction.
Do my platforms talk to each other directly?
No. Everything goes through NexxoSync. Each platform is connected once and can take part in several integrations.
Why are some directions unavailable?
Because the platform's API does not allow it. Mercado Libre and Producteca do not accept orders or customers, and Producteca does not accept new products or product data. The app shows why on each disabled arrow.
Is it real time?
Where the origin sends notifications, yes: Mercado Libre, Shopify, WooCommerce and Tiendanube do, and Odoo does with the optional module. Otherwise flows run on a schedule, and stock and orders check every 15 minutes by default.
Can I test an integration before turning it on?
Yes. The stock, prices and customers flows can be simulated: you see every change they would make, and nothing is written. Publishing is off by default.
What happens when something fails?
Jobs are retried automatically. If they still fail, they are kept in Failed jobs with their error, admins get an email, and you can rerun them once the cause is fixed.
AI assistants
Which assistants are there?
A website chatbot, and three for Mercado Libre: one that answers buyer questions, one that drafts replies to claims, and one that watches competitor prices.
What can the website chatbot answer?
Questions about your products, using your synced catalog: availability, prices and links, as you configure. It also answers about policies from your knowledge base, and can look up an order's status.
How does the chatbot protect order data?
It only shows an order when the shopper gives both the order number and the email, phone or document used for the purchase, and it never says which of the two did not match.
Do I need my own AI provider?
Yes. Connect one in Settings, such as OpenAI, Anthropic, Gemini or Mistral, and all your assistants can use it.
Do assistants act on their own?
Only if you allow it. Automatic publishing of answers, sending claim replies and applying price changes are each an option you turn on; otherwise you review first.
Security & data
How are my platform credentials stored?
Encrypted at rest with AES-256-GCM. Where a platform offers authorization, NexxoSync uses tokens it obtains and renews instead of your password.
Does NexxoSync keep my customers' data?
Customer data passes through NexxoSync on its way to the destination. What stays behind, such as run details, failed jobs and chatbot conversations, is deleted automatically after a retention period.
Are backups encrypted?
Yes. Database backups are encrypted with AES-256.
Can other accounts see my data?
No. Every workspace's data is isolated, and each request is checked against the workspace it belongs to.
Can I disconnect a platform?
Yes, at any time from Connections. You can also revoke NexxoSync's access from the platform itself.
Billing
How is NexxoSync priced?
With a monthly subscription. Plans are priced in US dollars; see the pricing page for what each one includes.
How can I pay?
In US dollars with PayPal. In Argentina you can also pay in pesos with Mercado Pago, at the exchange rate shown before you pay.
Is there a free trial?
Paid plans have no free trial. There is a Free plan to try the app before subscribing.
Can I cancel at any time?
Yes, from the app. The cancellation takes effect at the end of the period you already paid, and you keep access until then.
What happens if I change plans?
The new subscription replaces the old one, and the previous one is cancelled with the payment provider automatically, so you are never charged twice.
