WooCommerce · Online store

Your WordPress store, connected to every channel you sell on.

WooCommerce gives you full control of your store. NexxoSync adds the missing piece: keeping it in step with marketplaces, other stores and your ERP.

All six flows work with WooCommerce, as origin or destination, including variable products with any attribute.

How you connect it

One-click authorization

One click: WooCommerce opens its own authorization screen in your store and the API keys are created for you. Manual keys also work.

Connect
  1. In NexxoSync, go to Connections and choose WooCommerce.
  2. Enter your store address and click “Connect with WooCommerce”.
  3. Approve access in your WordPress admin. Webhooks are registered automatically.
Highlights

WooCommerce

No keys to copy

WooCommerce's own authorization screen creates the API keys. You approve once, in your own store.

Variable products

Variations are created and linked with their attributes, and new variations at the source can be added at the destination.

Real-time webhooks

NexxoSync registers the store's webhooks when you connect, so product and order changes are processed as they happen.

Brands and attributes

Brands are created or reused in WooCommerce, and attributes can be global so shoppers can filter by them.

Good to know

Honest limits of the platform's API.

  • Your store must be reachable from the internet over HTTPS for the API and webhooks to work.
  • Security or caching plugins that block the REST API or webhooks can stop syncs. They need to allow NexxoSync's requests.
  • WooCommerce has no locations of its own, so multi-location stock is written as one total (optionally with a breakdown in meta fields).
Frequently asked questions

WooCommerce

Do I need to install a plugin?

No. NexxoSync uses WooCommerce's REST API and webhooks, which are part of WooCommerce.

Can I connect with API keys instead?

Yes. If you prefer, create a consumer key and secret in WooCommerce and paste them in NexxoSync.

Does it work with variable products?

Yes. Each variation is linked by SKU and stock and prices move per variation, whatever the attribute.

Can Mercado Libre orders arrive in WooCommerce?

Yes. Set the Orders flow from Mercado Libre to WooCommerce and each sale is created as a WooCommerce order.
