Stock sync

One stock across every channel, so you never sell what you don't have.

Overselling happens when two channels think they have the same unit. The Stock flow copies stock from the origin you choose to the destination, for every linked product and variation, and only where it changed.

It works between any two platforms NexxoSync supports, in either direction.

Real time where possible

When the origin sends notifications, the sync can run on every change. Otherwise it runs on a schedule, every 15 minutes by default.

Stock by location

Choose which source locations count and where each one is written: Odoo locations, Shopify locations, Mercado Libre warehouses and Full, Producteca warehouses.

Safety stock

Hold back units per location or for the whole flow, so the last ones are not sold on a channel you can't fulfill from.

Per variation

Each variation has its own stock, linked by SKU. New variations at the origin can be created at the destination.

No echo loops

NexxoSync recognizes the notifications its own writes cause and ignores them, so a change never bounces back and forth.

Simulate first

Run the flow in simulation to see every change it would make, without writing anything.

Frequently asked questions

Stock sync

Which platform should be the source of stock?

The one where stock is really managed: usually your ERP or main store. Each integration lets you choose the direction.

Can several locations add up into one channel?

Yes. Map several source locations to the same destination and they are added up, net of safety stock.

What happens if a platform's API is down?

The run is retried automatically. If it still fails, it lands in Failed jobs, admins get an email, and you can run it again once fixed.

Does it write stock that did not change?

No. Only products whose stock differs are updated, which keeps API usage low on large catalogs.
