Every sale, wherever it happens, recorded where you work.
The Orders flow creates each sale from the origin as an order at the destination. Sales are recorded in one place, stock is discounted there, and fulfillment and invoicing start from the system you already use.
Any platform can send orders. Shopify, WooCommerce, Tiendanube and Odoo can receive them. Mercado Libre and Producteca cannot: their APIs do not let sellers create orders.
As they happen
Where the origin notifies new orders, they are created right away; otherwise on a schedule, every 15 minutes by default.
Status filters
Import only paid orders, or include processing, completed, cancelled or refunded ones.
Odoo sales orders your way
Create them as drafts, confirm them, or confirm, invoice and deliver automatically, with payment methods, shipping methods, taxes, warehouse and pricelist mapped.
Buyer included
The buyer travels with the order and can be created at the destination when it does not exist, including the tax ID field you choose.
Channel filters for hubs
From Producteca, filter by sales channel so orders from a store you also connect are not imported twice.
Order sync
Can I send orders to Mercado Libre?
No. Mercado Libre only lets buyers create orders. The same applies to Producteca. Orders flow out of them, never in.
Can the same order be imported twice?
No. Each imported order is remembered, so a repeated notification or a re-run does not create a duplicate.
Can I import past orders?
Yes. Choose how far back to start: the last hour, 24 hours, 7 days, 30 days or all.
