The chatbot only reveals an order after the shopper gives the order number and the email, phone or document used for the purchase. It never says which one failed.

Do I need my own AI provider?

Yes. Connect an AI provider once in Settings (OpenAI, Anthropic, Gemini, Mistral and others) and every assistant can use it.

Can the chatbot invent products or prices?

It is instructed to answer only from the catalog it searches. If nothing matches, it says so and offers an alternative or a contact.

Does it work on any website?

Yes. The widget can be embedded on any site, and its color, position and greeting are configurable.

Can I try an assistant before it acts?

Yes. The Mercado Libre assistants can be simulated, and you can keep automatic publishing off so you review every answer.
