One customer list across your stores and ERP.
The Customers flow creates new customers from the origin at the destination, or updates them, so your ERP and your stores share one customer list.
It works between Shopify, WooCommerce, Tiendanube and Odoo. Mercado Libre and Producteca do not share customer records; buyers from those channels still arrive inside each order.
Matched the way you choose
Match customers by email, tax ID or phone, so the same person is not created twice.
One way or both
Send customers from origin to destination, or run both ways to create and complete them on each side.
Create, update or both
Choose whether to create missing customers, update existing ones, or both.
Billing data for the ERP
Billing fields, tax ID and addresses are mapped, and new Odoo contacts can get a default customer group.
Simulate first
See which customers would be created or updated before turning the flow on.
Customer sync
Why can't I sync customers with Mercado Libre?
Mercado Libre does not share a customer directory and does not accept customers by API. Buyer details arrive with each order instead.
Only new customers, or all of them?
Your choice: each run can go through the whole list, or only customers new or changed since the last run.
How is customer data protected?
Customer data passes through NexxoSync to reach the destination. What stays behind, such as run details, is deleted automatically after a retention period.
