How you connect it

One-click authorization

One click: you choose the eBay site, sign in to eBay and authorize NexxoSync. Tokens are renewed automatically.

  1. In NexxoSync, go to Connections, choose eBay and the site you sell on (eBay.com, eBay.co.uk, eBay.es, eBay.de…).
  2. Click “Connect with eBay” and sign in with your seller account.
  3. Approve access. To publish, your account needs business policies (shipping, payment, returns) and an inventory location.

Every sale in your system

eBay orders become orders in your store or sales orders in Odoo. When you ship them there, the tracking number goes back to eBay, and if a sale is cancelled on eBay, its order is cancelled too.

Good to know

Honest limits of the platform's API.

  • Listings created in Seller Hub or by other tools have to be migrated to eBay's inventory API (from NexxoSync, with one click) before they can be synced. The migration can't be undone, and each listing needs its SKU.
  • An item can be listed on one eBay site at a time: use one connection per site.
  • To publish, the account needs business policies (shipping, payment, returns) and an inventory location.
  • eBay notifies each paid sale right away; other changes made directly on eBay (stock, prices) are picked up every few minutes.

Which eBay sites are supported?

The United States, the United Kingdom, Spain, Germany, France, Italy, Australia, Canada, Austria, Switzerland, Ireland, the Netherlands, Belgium and Poland.

Can I see the listings I already have?

Yes. NexxoSync lists your active listings and migrates the ones made in Seller Hub to eBay's inventory API, so they can be linked and synced. The migration can't be undone, and each listing and variation needs its SKU.

Can I have a different price on eBay?

Yes. The Prices flow can add a markup to cover eBay's fees and round the result.

What happens if I close my eBay account?

eBay notifies NexxoSync and the connection loses its access right away: its tokens and your eBay identity are deleted.
