Producteca sits in front of your sales channels: listings are managed there and orders from every channel are consolidated there. NexxoSync connects that hub to your ERP or store.

Producteca's API is narrower than a store's. It shares orders, and stock and prices can move both ways. It does not accept new products, product data, orders or customers.

Producteca gives each account an API key and a token. You paste them in NexxoSync.

  2. In NexxoSync, go to Connections, choose Producteca and paste them.
  3. Optional: set up Producteca's notifications to NexxoSync for faster updates.

Good to know

Honest limits of the platform's API.

  • Producteca does not create products by API. New listings are published from the sales channel.
  • Product data (title, description, images, attributes) cannot be written into Producteca.
  • Orders cannot be created in Producteca, so it cannot receive sales from another platform.
  • Producteca does not share customer records, so the Customers flow is not available with it.
  • Producteca's notifications are set up on its side. Without them, changes are picked up on a schedule.

Producteca

What is the usual setup with Producteca?

Orders from Producteca into Odoo, and stock and prices from Odoo into Producteca. Producteca then keeps its channels updated.

Can I publish new products in Producteca from NexxoSync?

No. Producteca's API does not create products. Products are published from the sales channel and then linked by SKU.

Can I connect Producteca and Mercado Libre directly?

Only stock and prices can move between them. Neither accepts orders by API, so orders from both go to a store or ERP instead.

Does NexxoSync handle shipments for Producteca orders?

Yes. A fulfillment task can create the shipment of each order ready to dispatch, with carrier and tracking.
