Your PrestaShop store, in step with your marketplaces and your ERP.
PrestaShop runs on your own server and gives you full control of the store. NexxoSync connects it, through its Webservice, to the marketplaces, stores and ERP you also use.
Products with combinations, stock, prices and offers move in both directions, and orders and customers too: PrestaShop's go to your ERP or another store, and sales from your other channels are created in PrestaShop with their prices and shipping.

What PrestaShop can share, and what it can take in.
Sends = it can be the origin of that flow. Receives = NexxoSync can write it there. What it can't do is a limit of its API.
Credentials / API key
You create a Webservice key in your PrestaShop admin and paste it in NexxoSync with your store address. Works with PrestaShop 1.6 to 9.
- In PrestaShop, go to Advanced Parameters › Webservice, enable it and add a key with the permissions NexxoSync lists.
- In NexxoSync, go to Connections, choose PrestaShop and paste your store address and the key.
- Optional: install the NexxoSync module for real-time notices and to receive orders from your other channels.

Combinations
Each combination is linked and synced on its own. When NexxoSync creates a product, missing attributes and values are created too.
Prices with or without tax
PrestaShop stores prices without tax. With the connection's tax rate, prices arrive and leave the way your other channels expect them.
Offers that respect your B2B prices
Offers are written as a specific price for everyone. Prices for customer groups, customers or quantities are left as they are.
Real time with the module
The free NexxoSync module reports each change to stock, products, prices, orders and customers as it happens, and creates your other channels' orders in PrestaShop.
Honest limits of the platform's API.
- Without the NexxoSync module, PrestaShop sends no real-time notifications (tasks run every few minutes) and orders from other channels cannot be created in it.
- With advanced stock management (warehouses), PrestaShop calculates the stock itself and it cannot be written.
- Your store must be reachable over HTTPS and the hosting must not block the /api address.
Every combination with PrestaShop.

Which PrestaShop versions are supported?
From 1.6 to 9, through the classic Webservice that every version includes.
Do I need to install a module?
To connect, no: the Webservice key is enough. The free NexxoSync module adds real-time notices and receiving orders from your other channels.
My other channels show prices with tax. Is that a problem?
No. Enter the tax rate in the connection and NexxoSync adds it when reading from PrestaShop and removes it when writing.
Can Mercado Libre orders arrive in PrestaShop?
Yes, with the NexxoSync module: each sale is created as a PrestaShop order with the marketplace's prices and shipping, and PrestaShop discounts the stock.
