How to sync stock from multiple warehouses to your sales channels
In the Stock flow, choose which source locations count for each channel and where each one is written: Odoo locations, Shopify locations, Mercado Libre warehouses, Producteca warehouses. Locations mapped to the same destination are added up, net of the safety stock you hold back per location, so each channel only sells what it can actually ship.
What you need.
- A source that keeps stock by location: Odoo, Shopify, Mercado Libre or Producteca.
- Products linked by SKU on every channel.
The setup.
Decide which locations serve each channel
A warehouse that can't ship to a marketplace's buyers shouldn't count for that marketplace. Write down, per channel, which locations it can sell from.
Map source locations to destinations
In each integration's Stock flow, pick the source locations that count and the destination location each one is written to. Several sources mapped to one destination are added up.
Hold back a safety stock
Set safety stock per location or for the whole flow, so the last units of a busy warehouse aren't sold online.
Simulate
Run the Stock flow in simulation to see the figure each product and variation would get on each channel, without writing anything.
Turn it on
Stock is written on every change where the origin sends notifications, or every 15 minutes by default, and only where it changed.
Tips from real setups.
- WooCommerce and Tiendanube receive one stock figure per variant: locations are added up, and on WooCommerce the breakdown can be stored in meta fields.
- Mercado Libre has no custom fields, so a per-location breakdown can't be written into a listing; the total can.
- With Odoo as the source, the optional NexxoSync Connector module sends each stock move in real time.
How to sync stock from multiple warehouses to your sales channels
Can several locations add up into one channel?
Yes. Map several source locations to the same destination and they are added up, net of safety stock.
Does Mercado Libre Full stock count?
Yes. Mercado Libre's own warehouses and Full can be read like any other location.
Does it write stock that did not change?
No. Only products whose stock differs are updated, which keeps API usage low on large catalogs.
